    It's been 3 days since I emailed their 24-hour guaranteed response center and I have yet to recieve even a word. About a week ago I finished all 12 modules required with the online course and assumed I had been done, mostly because IT WAS NOT CLEAR ABOUT THE FACT I WAS NOT DONE, only to be told I was not done and that I no longer had access to the $75 program I had purchased about 4 months prior.     Going on to my 3rd year of high school. Needing my permit so I can drive myself to internships, work, and volunteer work for next summer.     My name is Amanda Tolentino. I am currently registered with your online driver's ed course. Since day one, I have been able to successfully verify my own voice twice. I have been locked out of my account and called customer service well over 12 times in the last day.   • I NEED MY FULL REFUND!!!!



    This review has been resolved or replied to by this company. I decided not to take the online exam and didn't attempt to take it so like it says in the website I am qualified for a full refund. I have been emailing since Monday already and no reply at all. I just want a reply assuring me that I will get my full refund of 24.95 and that's it.   • Keystroke/voice recognition



    I JUST purchased this program online three hours ago, and have spent the ENTIRETY of that time up until now trying to get past the keystroke recognition just to START the course. It would allow me to pass through eight of the trials, and then as soon as I'd submit my verification the ninth time, I would start right again at one.     My friends' daughter took the florida online exam , and she passed, and My nephew took the test on that website 2 times already , a failed, on his last attempt online he studied every day before he took it, both I and his parents watched him take his test , and when he reached the last question he hit submit , and it said he ran out of time?   • Terrible customer service



    What a horrible experience with this company. I work for a large call center and never have we treated a customer the way I was treated by Nolan. I purchased a learner's permit course, you only get 2 chances to take this test before you have to go to the DMV and take it. The first failed attempt was because my son ran out of time, which is fine, that now leaves me with one more attempt.   • Horrible course and horrible customer service



    It takes much longer than 6 hours to complete this course. Every now and then they interrupt you by asking to retype "magic" phrase. I've typed it on another computer - they've locked me out. Then you're supposed to call customer service - expect to spend 20-30 minutes just to get to a representative. When you finally get to them - they can hang up on you (what happened to me) or tell you to wait and disconnect after 20 min (what happened to me as well).   • ABSOLUTEY HORRIBLE!



    Do not waste your time or money on this course it is HORRIBLE. It was the most frustrating procedure I have ever seen online. IT TAKES MUCH LONGER THAN SIX HOURS. After multiple lockouts due to the ridiculous sensitivity of the "biometric logins" and extremely long wait times for customer service, the company would not allow me to finish the course and told me I had to repeat the entire process.     This review has been resolved or replied to by this company. Taking this course has been an absolutely horrible experience. The site is slow, and requires regular call ins to verify who you are by voice biometrics. Their system does not work. After using the site for 4 hrs, 5 calls to customer service, I am now completely locked out. I am told I will have to wait to have their IT dept help me.     This review has been resolved or replied to by this company. I finished the course, but only after making 4 phone calls to HORRIBLE customer services representatives. One "help" representative cut me off in the middle of me explaining the fact that the course kept locking me out over and over again and said: "You know, M'am, you have to be quiet and to listen to ME now!     This ticket has been resolved or replied to by this company. I have been without a licence for almost 4 years now thanks to the Safety Council. Back in Sept 09 I got pulled over for speeding, did not comply(breathalizer) and was arrested on a DUI. ONE YEAR AND TWO MONTHS LATER, this case still did not get to court (appears that the initial officer, the one who clocked me speeding, could not be found...however since it was over a YEAR I needed to get my licence back....Upon the insistance of Safety Council, DMV and my own attorney (keeping in mind that NO conviction, nor any decision was ever met in this case)...I did what I had to and entered their...   • Double Enrollment Charge?



    I have been locked out of the course due to an expiration date. While it is a bit of negligence on my part, I had gotten to section 4 and was suddenly locked out. NO WHERE in the IPIRP contract does it state that the course must be paid for TWICE if it has expired, only that you have 30 days to complete it, which also is not listed as a requirement of validation.     My first review was a really bad review of the school. During my last phone call I got the director of customer services' e-mail and e mailed him with my concerns and unexpectedly got a prompt reply on his day off. I was able to tell him what happened, voice my opinion, and still talk with him and resolve my enrollment issues, although I did have to call the court and get an extension.   • Driving school? Find another



    Horrible. I had to send my citation and drivers license multiple times in doing so the week before my court day arrived and I wake up this morning check my e-mail and find that they have removed me from the class because i am within a week of my court date. The school is horrible. Make your life easier and pay the extra 10 bucks and go to another school. Don't make the mistake I made. I have to get an extension and fax that to them now.     Bad choice for defensive driving school. Got a photo radar ticket in Tempe Az. Used these people, gave them my $200 took the course and passed. They were suposed to tell Tempe that I passed the course. I get an order from the court sayng I missed my court date.     Geico should never use this company again.. I had nothing but problems taking the insurance 6 hour stupid course. The short sentence that I had to type for authorization of myself never worked.. It locked me out every single time I tried to enter it.. Customer Service is helpless and tech support must be a bunch of highschool drop outs who should be saying "Do you want fries with that".   • Poor quality control and nonexistent customer service



    Took their online drivers ed course, but had terrible problems with quality control, product delivery and customer service. Throughout the online course, you are asked to answer validating multiple choice questions to verify that the person registered for the course is the one taking it. Questions include things such as your home address, car type, etc. All of this information is on file with the DMV, which is where they say they pulled their records. What a waste of fucking time!!!....the service is TERRIBLE!!...i spoke w/Darian who was no fucking help!!..rude as shit & needs 2 be fired immediately!!!...??? how are there no available managers/supervisors until monday??...with this being a 24hour service line..that apparently can't be ran alone by entry level csr...why wouldn't you have some1 any1 in upper management b there....or was lazy ass darian telling a lie...wouldn't b suprised..but 4 certain....NEVER AGAIN!!

If you're looking for a quick and easy defensive driving course from the comfort of your own home, this is not for you. You're better off sitting 5 hours at ANY driving school than going through this torture. I'm sure the reason that it's so tortorous is because since it is online, a lot of requirements have to be met. They want to make sure you are taking the course. I'm not asking for a refund or anything to that effect. I'm simply airing out my grievances and warning anyone out there who thinks this will be quick and easy, to think AGAIN.

This is a terrible service. They make you either call in periodically or enter a phrase on the computer. Both systems failed me. I was ;locked out the program both times after completing half the course. I've talked to customer service three times, all after long waits. 24.95 spent for nothing. These people are frauds.
