ABSOLUTEY HORRIBLE! - Defensive Driving Course


Do not waste your time or money on this course it is HORRIBLE. It was the most frustrating procedure I have ever seen online. IT TAKES MUCH LONGER THAN SIX HOURS. After multiple lockouts due to the ridiculous sensitivity of the "biometric logins" and extremely long wait times for customer service, the company would not allow me to finish the course and told me I had to repeat the entire process. Just go to a local class and save yourself the aggravation. Disappointed that my trusted Credit Union would even affiliate itself with this operation.

But, we would still like to give you the opportunity to try and finish the course you started if you are still interested. We have a tech standing by and can reinstate your course if you wish. Simply call us and reference your Order ID. I left detailed notes in the account. Regardless of your decision, the refund will post back to your financial institution within 5 business days.
