This is a totally frustrating waste of time. I was locked out (for no reason of my own, they say it has to do with the keystrokes (Biometrics a sensory measure for security purposes). I called and was on hold for 30 mins the 1st time. They said they unlocked it, but they didn't and now I've been on hold for over an hour, yet the telephone recording says "estimated time is 7 mins., 13 mins, it keeps changing while I'm holding, then they just hung up! Not only is the customer service poor, the technical aspects (computer issues) horrendous! I had come to nearly the end of the course when the popup began "you're locked out"....

We regret that you had trouble getting through to the call center, and when we saw this complaint we ended up speaking to you personally, and resolving the matter to your satisfaction. We are very thankful that you gave us the opportunity to resolve this issue. And hope you saw the resolution as an amicable offer. We have given you contact information for telephone contact, but you can also respond to the management email you sent your other inquiry to callcentermanagement@amersc.com with any questions or issues.
We do appreciate your feedback though, and we try when possible, to use suggestions and criticisms to improve our students experience and courses where appropriate.
