Poor quality control and nonexistent customer service - Drivers Education-Online

Took their online drivers ed course, but had terrible problems with quality control, product delivery and customer service. Throughout the online course, you are asked to answer validating multiple choice questions to verify that the person registered for the course is the one taking it.

Questions include things such as your home address, car type, etc. All of this information is on file with the DMV, which is where they say they pulled their records. In my case, this informaiton has been on file with the DMV for YEARS!

In my case, the pool of answers that they provided for me to choose from were completely inapprorpriate and inaccurate. Not a single answer was correct. There was no data that correlated with my own. It all appeared to have been taken from someone else's file.

I called and I emailed for help to explain the problem and this is what they emailed back:

"Unfortunately we have no way of changing the security question answers."

The response included no name, no suggestions for additional steps we could take to resolve the issue, nothing but a curt, one line response. Probably automated.

This is a timed course that has to be completed before a court-ordered deadline (I took drivers ed to get rid of a speeding ticket). If you get 70% of the validating questions wrong, you get bumped from the course.

Having received absolutely no assistance or even concern about the issue, I reported them to the Better Business Bureau. I am now reporting them on every single consumer website that I can find.

No one else should ever be put in this situation and in this economy, who has the time or money to fool with businesses who could care less about their customers.

I would recommend going to another service provider if you decide to take online drivers ed.

Most asinine course i have ever taken, i got a speeding ticket, but was subjected to a course on drugs and alcohol, neither of which i use. The reading pace we horribly slow and even when you answer a question correcty you have to wait the additional seconds to pass. The drama was a joke. I've never experienced such a frustrating course in my life. I will never use this service again. What a waste of time. John - Texas
